Pricing and Tender Executive

The incumbent will be part of Project Logistics department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Main areas of focus and accountability of the role – detail in order of importance the main areas of accountability of the role:

• Review, Analyse and Interpret Tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs) to identify requirements, risks and deliverables
• Coordinate Tender / RFQ timelines and ensure on-Time submission for all tender/ RFQ deliverables
• Maintain a database of tender/ RFQ submissions with outcomes and Feedback from customers (internal/External). Proactively follow up RFQs/ Tenders outcome and communicate with customers (Internal/ customers) to Analyze and improve the success ratio
