Pricing and Tender Officer

About the Role
The Officer – Pricing & Tender plays a key role in the commercial pursuit process. The position is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and validating pricing for Contract Logistics, Freight, and Value-Added Services. It requires close collaboration with Operations, Finance, and Business Development teams to ensure that every proposal submitted is both feasible and compelling. This role operates in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, often handling multiple tenders simultaneously, where speed and accuracy are critical to winning business.
Key Accountabilities
Prepare and submit pricing proposals within agreed deadlines.
Build and maintain competitive pricing models for warehousing, distribution, freight, customs clearance, trucking / barging, inland logistics terminal and value-added services.
Ensure all pricing proposals meet profitability guidelines and margin targets.
