**As the Director, LACA Pricing**, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving LACA pricing strategy to improve revenue, profit, and competitive position.
Working with regional business leaders and in alignment with Global Pricing team, you will develop strategy recommendations, lead the regional implementation of price strategies, and evaluate the effectiveness of price changes to drive profitable growth for Western Union across the LACA region.
- Define and implement the LACA pricing strategy in alignment with the growth objectives of the Regional P&L owners and in partnership with the Global Pricing & Revenue Management team across retail & digital channels.
