Pricing Estimator

AESOM is hiring an experienced Pricing Estimator to support cost estimations for U.S.-based construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with a strong understanding of U.S. market rates, GC-level pricing, quantity takeoffs, and pricing databases like RSMeans.

This role requires deep familiarity with U.S. construction practices and the ability to deliver accurate, timely, and competitive pricing proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed and accurate quantity takeoffs for residential, commercial, and institutional projects
• Develop pricing sheets and proposals in line with General Contractor (GC) expectations
• Utilize RSMeans or similar databases to ensure up-to-date, region-specific pricing
