We are expanding our estimating team and looking for a Pricing Estimator with strong experience in USA construction project pricing.

Position: Pricing Estimator

Location: On-site

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary Range: 70,000 – 90,000 per Month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

·      Prepare accurate pricing for USA-based construction projects

·      Develop and maintain state-wise and county-wise cost data

·      Source material and labor pricing from vendors and suppliers

·      Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes, pricing updates, and lead times

·      Analyze drawings, specifications, and scopes to ensure complete pricing

·      Support senior estimators with pricing validation and benchmarking

·      Track market trends and update cost databases regularly
