Pricing is a competitive weapon. In ramps and crypto payments, it determines who gets chosen, how volume flows, and whether we win or lose the transaction. The dynamics increasingly resemble classic platform wars: multiple providers inside wallets, side-by-side competition, rapid price movements, and users trained to compare.
This role exists to turn pricing into a strategic advantage for Banxa and OSL Pay. Not just to “set prices”, but to run pricing like an operator who understands market share battles, elasticity, incentives, competitive response cycles, and the reality that sometimes you win markets before you optimize monetization.
Initially, the focus is Banxa and OSL Pay ramps, shaping how we price by:
- Asset
- Payment method
- Geography
- Liquidity and cost
- Live competitive landscape inside partner environments
