We are looking for a Pricing Specialist to join our team and support the Ingredients & Specialties business in Central America (Mexico, Costa Rica and Guatemala).
The primary responsibility will be to ensure the correct execution of the pricing strategy defined by the Product area and Sales leaders in the Mexico and Central America region.
You will be responsible for pricing, monitoring results, identifying deviations, and support sales teams to capture margin growth opportunities, ensuring focus, prioritization, and financial impact.
What you'll do
Drive pricing governance and strategy execution, proactively identifying deviations, risks, and opportunities for optimization while recommending corrective actions by ensuring strong alignment between the company's pricing strategy and commercial practices.
