• Deliver full-scope family medicine within the 360° Care+ Program
• Diagnose and manage a variety of health concerns
• Conduct preventive assessments and document care accurately
• Participate in patient follow-ups and care planning
• Collaborate in team-building and healthcare initiatives

Requirements:
• Licensed with CPSBC and CMPA membership mandatory
