Responsibilities: Provide a full scope of primary care, including new admissions, routine follow-up visits, and comprehensive medical management for residents Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care Requirements: Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of NY Minimum of 6 months NP experience Prior nursing home or long-term care experience highly preferred Schedule: Full time Monday through Friday Compensation & Benefits: Competitive annual salary ranging from $150,000 to $155,000 Full benefits package, including health coverage, paid time off, and more Make a difference in the lives of those who need it most and love what you do every day!
