Your Job
Provide proactive monitoring and support to MGA/TPA a on all claims-related matters, including conducting thorough claims audits and due diligences in collaboration with other Munich Re international organizations and business units. 
Effectively manage claims within the division's area of responsibility, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate account performance, estimate exposures, and identify key loss drivers.
Offer expert claims guidance and support to client management and underwriting teams, providing valuable feedback on claims trends, product development, and claims strategies, as well as advising on policy wording and claims handling best practices. 
Demonstrate project ownership and leadership by managing workshops, facilitating meetings, and driving the development of efficient claim processes, including first notice of loss, policy administration, fast track claims, estimates, subrogation, and litigation manageme...
