  Job Summary: 
 Alcon’s Digital Health Business Unit is seeking a  Clinical Testing Lead  to drive the development and validation of clinical workflows for ophthalmic surgical planning and operations. This role will be instrumental in defining system requirements and overseeing testing to ensure seamless integration into surgical environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in clinical workflows related to cataract and other ophthalmic surgeries, ensuring that our digital solutions align with real-world clinical needs.
  Key Responsibilities: 
 Lead the development and optimization of clinical workflows for ophthalmic surgical planning and operations.
 Define and document system requirements based on clinical needs, regulatory requirements, and user feedback.
