What do we do?
You will advise on firm priority and direct the highest level systems within the firm. In this role, you will have authority comparable to a general partner years into their career.
We need someone to
Advise on all decisions made about the private equity firm
Plan and manage hiring, incentives, and programs.
Represent PXT and liaise with partners and professional services
