Purpose of the job

To lead the review and analysis of thefinancials, business plans and market research for the effective market regulation of licensedactivities, spectrum and service licenses.

Key Outputs

• The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager: Market Regulation, and their responsibilities will include:
• Conducting market studies to determine feasibility and suitability of thelicensing additional players
• Comparative and qualitative analysis reports onmarkets research
• Analysis of socio-economic potential benefits and potentialnegative consequences that may accrue for transfers, amendments and change ofcontrol
• Presenting business plans and research matters to Council and EXCO asrequired
