This hybrid role bridges business analysis and quality assurance to ensure Salesforce Commerce Cloud, eB2B, and related customerfacing solutions meet business needs, support realworld selling and ordering scenarios, and are delivered with high quality.

The BQA serves as a domain expert and quality gatekeeper, partnering with Product, Engineering, Change, and Business teams to define clear acceptance criteria, validate solutions end to end, and ensure business and user readiness for launch.
