We’re seeking an experienced Principal Civil Designer to join our Adelaide Civil team and contribute to major infrastructure and defence projects across Australia. The Opportunity:

As a Principal Civil Designer, you will work under the guidance of the Discipline Manager and Lead Civil Designer to deliver civil design packages across a variety of infrastructure projects. You’ll lead by example, contribute innovative ideas, and provide technical oversight to support project success.

You'll apply strong judgement to engineering design, solve unique technical problems, and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. This role is suited to someone who enjoys both hands‑on design and guiding others.
