Principal Civil Engineer

Job Summary/Key Purpose

Responsible for leading the conduct of design on the Civil and Architectural portion of the Substation, Transmission Lines, and Renewable Energy Projects. Proactively identify special solutions and studies that innovatively solve unique and complex design problems. Contribute to the development and execution of the Division’s strategy. The position requires use of advanced techniques and modification and extension of theories, precept and practices in the field of civil and architectural design.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Leads the execution of the more complicated detail design activities, i.e., design criteria, tower loading diagram, site development, foundation designs, structural evaluation, station layout design, facilities design, complex design studies, bill of materials, technical data sheets, specifications and production of construction drawings of various projects.
