We are looking for a strategic communications leader to drive internal and external communications for the Neurovascular business unit. You will partner with senior leadership to shape messaging, build employee engagement, and represent Medtronic in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute internal and external communications programs aligned with business strategy
• Collaborate with global communications teams and senior leaders on priority initiatives and special projects
• Engage external stakeholders, manage media activities, and participate in conferences and events
• Measure communication impact through analytics and metrics, driving continuous improvement
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic guidance on messaging and change management
