FundGuard is hiring a Customer Success Principal Consultant II to work within our Customer Success group as a technical liaison, leader and key player in client implementations. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring successful new client adoption from the initial project oversight and planning, to providing ongoing support to ensure successful client go-live, as well as continuous client success.
Reporting to the Global Customer Success Director, this role will work in a client-facing environment where you will be responsible for driving and managing the implementation process for onboarding new adopters of our cloud-native investment accounting platforms. This is a hands‑on role with end‑to‑end ownership of project implementation and delivery.
