Principal Consultant - JIRA

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking a highly capable Principal Consultant - JIRA to lead and support enterprise Jira / Jira Service Management (JSM) implementations, consulting engagements, and ITSM transformation initiatives. The role requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder management capability, and experience working in enterprise environments to drive successful delivery and optimization of Jira-based solutions. Configure and optimize workflows, SLAs, automation rules, permission schemes, and service projects within Jira / JSM
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Jira-based solutions
Drive stakeholder discussions, solution workshops, requirement gathering, and implementation activities
Support ITSM processes including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Asset Management practices
