We’re seeking a Principal Data Scientist to play a pivotal role in advancing the AI capabilities that power our Talent Cloud platform. In this role, you will architect sophisticated ML solutions, lead complex initiatives, and partner closely with engineering and product teams to drive meaningful innovation across our GenAI, LLM, agentic AI, and NLP‑based systems.



You will operate as a senior technical expert - deeply hands‑on while influencing major product and platform decisions. You’ll mentor data scientists and ML engineers, guide best practices, and contribute to an experimentation culture grounded in scalable, responsible, and production‑ready AI.



This hybrid role is based at our AI development hub at Windmill Lane, Dublin 2.
