Carriera is partnering with a well-respected construction consultancy that is growing its Principal Designer (Building Regulations) offering. We are seeking an experienced professional to deliver Principal Designer services in line with the Building Safety Act 2022 (BSA) across a varied portfolio of residential projects, including Higher Risk Buildings (HRBs).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a consultancy with a strong reputation for quality, compliance, and client service, as Principal Designer (Building Regulations), you will work with Housing Associations, Local Authorities, and private sector clients, delivering Principal Designer services across the design and pre-construction stages.
