Job responsibilities
You will champion and adopt best practices like writing clean and reusable code using TDD, pair programming and design patterns

You have a pulse on the AI evolution reshaping our industry. You don't just follow the hype; you critically evaluate how emerging AI tools and methodologies can be harnessed to solve complex problems and drive meaningful efficiency.

You possess a good understanding of the Banking domain or enough to have the ability pick up faster, navigating its unique regulatory landscapes and technical complexities with the same precision and care you apply to your code.

You will exemplify Thoughtworks’ technical excellence, thought leadership and capabilities to our clients and inside Thoughtworks

You will act as a trusted technical advisor to your client by building key relationships and understanding the market and trends that could impact them
