Role Summary This is a practice leadership role for a Principal Developer with deep hands-on experience building production-grade software using AI-native tooling. Working across React, Python, AWS, and MongoDB, you will set the standard for how the engineering team integrates AI tools — particularly Claude Code — into their daily development workflow. The role suits someone equally comfortable writing complex code and coaching engineers, operating at a consulting level across technical and stakeholder audiences.
