Position Overview

As a Principal DevEx Engineer you will improve the developer experience end to end, eliminating friction, accelerating onboarding to first contribution, and lifting productivity across the entire software delivery lifecycle. You will drive modernization and platform initiatives, steward high‑leverage practices (DevEx, SRE, DevSecOps, event‑driven architectures, and AI‑assisted engineering), and partner with executive leadership to guide Staff/Senior engineers through scalable, reliable, compliant, and cost‑efficient AWS solutions.
