Principal Devops Engineer- Major Bank- Hybrid automation

A major bank in Sydney is seeking a Principal Devops Engineer with expert on-prem infrastructure experience to join their automation team on a permanent basis. This is a newly created role.
 
Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and building consistent on-prem infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting languages like PowerShell and Ruby.
• Automate provisioning and lifecycle management of infrastructure and platforms
• Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines and enterprise automation toolchains
• Work within regulated, large-scale financial services environments, ensuring stability, security, and compliance

 
Key Skills / Experience:

• Expert hands-on experience building and managing on-prem infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting languages such as PowerShell and Ruby
• Stron experience with Windows Server and enterprise on-prem environments
