Principal Digital Applications (Antofagasta)

• Reporting to the Manager - Data & Digital Head of Technology Escondida.
• Acting as Escondida BHP counterpart for outsourcing contracts for Applications Support ensuring that delivery of services are provided within the agreement, SLA’s, metrics, KPIs and financial target.
• Keeping the services operative, agreeing the RPO (Recovery Point Objective) and RTO (Recovery Time Objective), testing and maintaining up-to-date Service Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery Plans.
• Responsible for managing the budget associated with the Portfolio, including forecasting and leading the actions required to address deviations.
