Principal EBS HRMS / HCM Consultant

**Job Description**



We are looking for a **Principal Oracle EBS HRMS / HCM Consultant** who will provide expert consultancy, work closely with customers, and translate business requirements into implementable and supportable Oracle solutions. You will have hands-on experience in **Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS** , providing technical and functional solutions aligned with Oracle standards, maintaining and supporting customers’ EBS applications, and integrating with Fusion SaaS where applicable. The role also involves developing, integrating, and implementing application components including **front-end development, database integration, and OTBI/BI Publisher reports** . You will play a direct role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation, and administration of Oracle HRMS applications.
