Job Description

                    Responsibilities
Support for corporate and customer IT systems and projects in delivering services according to SOP to meet prescribed SLA 
Apply security best practices at the data center infrastructure, network and application levels 
Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation of IT services 
Performance monitoring, preventive maintenance and patch management of servers to ensure optimum performance 
Handle complex and advanced troubleshooting scenarios, acting as a point of escalation 
Perform daily rectification of IT operational issues and change requests within expected service level agreement 
Providing Technical leadership and guidance to the system team 
Mentoring and training junior engineers 
Provide installation, configuration, implementation, integration and commissioning of IT solution to internal and external customers
