Principal Engineer

Location: Rakh Canal Plant, Faisalabad

As a Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for sustained safe plant operations (zero LTI) and ensuring seamless execution of the Maintenance Philosophy, EHS, and Supply Chain excellence. You will be measuring plant performance, ensuring proactive maintenance, driving supply chain excellence, maintaining standards compliance, and overseeing seamless project execution.
This role reports to the Production Manager, RCP with oversees a team of shift engineers
What You Will Do
Maintenance & Reliability – Ensure planning and execution of preventive and routine maintenance. Coordinate with Maintenance Engineer on process-related maintenance jobs and to promote proactive maintenance to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
Continuous Improvement & Projects –Identify and implement plant and process improvement opportunities. Support CI initiatives and assigned projects with safe execution
