Principal Engineer

As Principal Engineer , you will be responsible for sustained safe plant operations (zero LTI) and ensuring seamless execution of the Maintenance Philosophy, EHS, and Supply Chain excellence. You will be measuring plant performance, ensuring proactive maintenance, driving supply chain excellence, maintaining standards compliance, and overseeing seamless project execution.

What Will You Do

• Operations & Production Support – Support the Production Manager in daily operational activities by providing technical assistance to production and maintenance teams. Participate in daily production review meetings and close action items, and facilitate in weekly problem‑solving meetings for operational risks and performance issues.
