Principal Engineer

As
Principal Engineer,
you will be responsible for sustained safe plant operations (zero LTI) and ensuring seamless execution of the Maintenance Philosophy, EHS, and Supply Chain excellence. You will be measuring plant performance, ensuring proactive maintenance, driving supply chain excellence, maintaining standards compliance, and overseeing seamless project execution.
What Will You Do
Operations & Production Support - Support the Production Manager in daily operational activities by providing technical assistance to production and maintenance teams. Participating in daily production review meetings and close action items also facilitate in weekly problem-solving meetings for operational risks and performance issues.
Maintenance & Reliability - Ensure planning and execution of preventive and routine maintenance. Coordinate with Maintenance Engineer on process-related maintenance jobs and to promote proactive maintenance to improve reliability and reduce downtime. <...
