While our office is located in Wellington CBD, we are open to candidates based across the wider Wellington and Wairarapa region, with flexible working arrangements available to support how and where you work best.

Working alongside some of HG’s leading experts, you’ll play a key leadership role across land development projects, including large‑scale residential, commercial, and industrial developments. You’ll lead complex projects, build and strengthen relationships, and contribute to growing capability and presence in the region.
