Principal Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the engineering team in design activities, ensuring alignment with manufacturing and installation requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and logistics to resolve design non‑conformities. Review and interpret customer specifications and contractual documents to ensure full project compliance.
• Review engineering designs and SolidWorks drawings for quality and conformity. Create, revise, and release special work instructions.
• Assist the Project Engineer with technical documentation.
• Lead complex problem‑solving related to design or manufacturing.
• Conduct supplier or site visits to support troubleshooting.
• Apply continuous improvement principles to enhance performance.
