What You'll Do

Platform Modernization & Reliability

• Own the end-to-end application architecture for our core platform, with a focus on robustness, scalability, and maintainability.
• Diagnose and resolve systemic issues around database access patterns, connection pooling, and transaction deadlocks; define and roll out a consistent data-access and transaction pattern across services.
• Introduce and standardize safe background job / worker patterns to ensure non-blocking operations and predictable throughput.
• Design a pragmatic path from the current monolith toward well-bounded services or microservices where it makes business sense.

AI-Enabled Engineering & ML Features

• Use AI-assisted development tools (LLM copilots, automated testing, code refactoring tools, performance profilers, etc.) to speed up platform re-architecture without sacrificing quality.
