Principal Engineer, Process Control

A MNC which is also a major supplier for the Semiconductor industry is seeking for a Principal Engineer, Process Control to strengthen and elevate their process control capability for their manufacturing plant. This role also offer overseas posting opportunity.

Responsibility:

• To enhance process stability by reducing variation, and supporting manufacturing and quality standards for advanced semiconductor customers
• Work with Process, Equipment, Manufacturing, Facilities Quality, and IT teams to develop and enhance a data driven process control focused culture across the facility.
• Render process control and statistical training and mentoring to engineers to improve problem-solving and data literacy
• Layout, setup, and optimize process control charts as well as monitoring strategies aligned with process characteristics.
