Principal Engineer, Process Control

A MNC which is also a major supplier for the Semiconductor industry is seeking a Principal Engineer, Process Control to strengthen and elevate their process control capability for their manufacturing plant. This role also offers overseas posting opportunity.

Responsibilities

• To enhance process stability by reducing variation, and supporting manufacturing and quality standards for advanced semiconductor customers
• Work with Process, Equipment, Manufacturing, Facilities Quality, and IT teams to develop and enhance a data‑driven process control focused culture across the facility
• Render process control and statistical training and mentoring to engineers to improve problem‑solving and data literacy
• Layout, set up, and optimize process control charts as well as monitoring strategies aligned with process characteristics
