Job Description
- Lead the industrialization, sourcing, development, setup, and qualification of Vision Inspection Systems for new product introductions ensuring process robustness, accuracy, reliability, manufacturability, and seamless integration with production workflows. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, suppliers, and both local and overseas counterparts to ensure smooth, scalable, and successful system deployment.
- Support resource and capacity management for the Vision team, including workload forecasting, prioritization, and optimization across a large portfolio of concurrent NPD projects to maximize engineering efficiency and output.
- Identify and implement organizational process efficiency improvements within Vision team development workflows and improve overall team productivity. Restablish and standardize practice/process governance and involves in relevant planning elements and project milestones.
