• Lead and manage complex ground investigations from concept to completion.
• Mentor and inspire a talented team of Senior, Graduate, and Junior Engineers.
• Ensure top‑tier quality in soil and rock logging to BS5930 / Eurocode 7 standards.
• Craft and approve critical H&S documentation and lab schedules.
