As a Principal Executive Recruiter based in Singapore, you will own hiring bar-raising Leadership Tech and Non-Tech talent for all Amazon business and functions. This includes AWS, Prime Video (inc. Studios), Stores, Operations, Transportation, Prime Video, Devices, Kuiper and all functions (inc. Corporate Affairs, Legal and HR).

You will be at the epicentre of Amazon's senior talent strategy for APJC, partnering shoulder-to-shoulder with Directors, VPs, and PXT leaders to identify, attract, and close transformational leaders who will define what's next.
