As a CSA Expert of Principal Facilities Engineer, you will lead the planning, design, construction, and optimization of CSA systems in semiconductor facilities. Your major responsibilities includes below listed.
1. CSA System Design & Engineering
Develop and review architectural, structural, and civil designs for cleanroom and support areas.
Ensure compliance with high-rise building codes, including emergency staircases, egress distances, and incombustible materials.
Evaluate micro-vibration criteria (VC-B to VC-D+) and structural impact on cleanroom layout and equipment placement.
