Make an impact with NTTDATA. The Principal Global Process Specialist is a highly skilled subject matter expert responsible for streamlining, optimizing and transforming processes to drive efficiency and excellence in Global Business Services (GBS).

Key Responsibilities Lead projects to simplify, standardise and improve processes, systems and technical workflows. Conduct As‑Is analysis to identify process gaps and areas of improvement, ensuring these are mapped during the design process. Advise stakeholders on options and partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, document and translate business requirements into functional solutions aligned to strategic transformation objectives of the Global Process Excellence team.
