Principal, Global Leadership & Organization Capability

Reporting to the Director, Global Leadership & Organization Capability, you will design and evolve Micron’s leadership capability system. This high‑impact individual contributor role focuses on execution and transformation, aiming for measurable shifts in leadership effectiveness, team performance, and transformation outcomes.

• Lead the leadership behavior dimension of AI transformation—explicitly defining, operationalizing, and activating what leaders must signal, model, and reinforce to build a culture of speed, curiosity, and innovation.
