Cleo is seeking a Principal Implementation Engineer to join our Professional Services team, where you will provide implementation and consulting services to our esteemed customers. The ideal candidates will have a robust understanding of EDI/B2B integration products, EDI mapping, business process orchestration, and communication protocols such as AS2 and SFTP, as well as API integration, designing integration patterns, and solution architecture.

**What You Will Be Doing**

+ Collaborate with customers to comprehend their business requirements.
+ Design architecture for Cleo cloud customers.
+ Develop EDI maps and business processes.
+ Establish communication setups with trading partners for AS2 and SFTP.
