Principal Industrial Engineer

**Core Job Responsibilities**

+ Own production layout planning. Develop long term strategic space planning and short-term execution plan
+ Establish layout plan to support NPI start-up or product transfer
+ Coordinate and work closely with Operation Team and Facilities Team to execute re-layout activities without any safety issue
+ Budgetary: Work out budgetary for quarterly and annual planning
+ Lead and drive project implementation including performing market survey to come out best solution.
+ Coach junior IE to resolve issues related to layout or budgetary. Provide guidance on capacity analysis or headcount analysis to junior IE.
+ Introduce industry practice related to layout, capacity and headcount planning for efficiency improvement.
+ Driving productivity improvement to optimize space utilization or headcount efficiency.
+ Leverage lean or VSM to eliminate waste or improve process / material flow.
