Principal Industrial Relations Consultant

About the role:
The Principal Industrial Relations Consultant will provide a hands-on, solution-focused approach to overseeing and assisting with public health sector complex workplace relations matters and taking an advanced role in leading enterprise bargaining negotiations, identifying emerging industrial relations risks and actively intervening to promote positive industrial outcomes. This role is organisationally located within the Health Sector Industrial Relations Unit of the People and Culture Branch and while predominantly undertaking the key task of representing the Victorian government in all public health sector enterprise bargaining it will, on occasion, be required to undertake alternative duties within the broader branch.
