Principal/Lead Process Engineer - Vancouver, BC

Lycopodium is recruiting for a Principal/Lead Process Engineer to join our growing Process team in Vancouver, BC. Reporting to the Manager of Process, the Principal/Lead Process Engineer is responsible for the delivery of accurate, professional and compliant process study and design deliverables using Company-approved systems and procedures to agreed schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize the resources for the proper execution of process engineering tasks.
• Prepare process deliverables including mass balances, flowsheets, P&IDs, design criteria, operating costs and control philosophy.
• Plan, cost and execute metallurgical testwork programmes on behalf of clients.
• Interpret metallurgical testwork data and produce a concise testwork report summarising testwork outcomes and outlining the developed process flowsheet and process design criteria.
