**Position Description:**

Responsible for serving as the business, clinical, and technical expert for Medtronic Cranial and Spinal Technologies (CST) enabling technology portfolio. Create key messages, value proposition and provide product demonstrations. Formulate short- and long-term strategy for commercialization and market development of Enabling Technology products. Conduct competitive analysis and customer segmentation exercises to execute on product positioning. Execute on commercial and development activity for software, capital equipment and imaging systems. Responsible for Sales, Downstream Marketing within the spine and cranial market. Work with external vendors and partners on large cross functional marketing and/or development projects.
