The key function of the

Principal Mission Designer

role is to design and deliver the structure of mission-based content that drives player engagement on MCOC. They will own the design of our Story Quest replacement end-to-end — from concept and alignment through implementation, testing, and tuning — and will partner with Encounter Designers, Narrative, and Production to bring it to life.
