What Manufacturing Engineering contributes to Cardinal Health

Define, validate, and document manufacturing processes with optimal use of resources, ensuring the level of quality, productivity and minimizing waste (scrap), continually improving the capacity of processes to meet specifications. Give direct support to production, by identifying cost reduction, generating ideas, solving and coordinating work teams, risk analysis, solution coordination, definition of processes, project planning, mentoring techniques and focused on providing sustainable technical solutions.

Role Responsibilities

• Design and implement the processes that comply with the product requirements and high operational performance.
• Document all processes according to the ISO Quality system and FDA.
• Respond opportunely to the LAPS, identifying the root cause of deviations to the system and minimizing the sources of scrap.
• Plan and execute OPEX projects.
