Role :Principal Purpose of the Role The Principal serves as the lead Educator and Administrator of the institution, responsible for implementing and managing the policies, regulations, and procedures of the school. The primary focus is to ensure that all students are supervised in a safe, child-centered learning environment that follows approved curricula and institutional directives. To achieve academic excellence, the Principal works collaboratively to lead, manage, and nurture all staff members, while communicating effectively with parents and the wider community. The scope of this role encompasses strategic planning, curriculum development, program evaluation, extracurricular activities, personnel management, financial oversight, emergency procedures, resource scheduling, and facilities operations.
